Communication Specialist | Creative Strategist | Story-Driven Communicator
I am a communication specialist with a strong foundation in strategic messaging, brand storytelling, and multi-channel content creation. Beginning my journey writing press releases, emails, and materials for theatre and grassroots organisations, I developed an early understanding of audience behaviour, clarity, and narrative impact skills that continue to shape my communication approach today.
My experience spans film, advertising, and corporate communication, where I have worked across brand strategy, scripting, and creative direction for FMCG, lifestyle, F&B, and D2C brands. I’ve contributed to campaigns for Cetaphil India, Essilor Crizal, Skore, Woodward’s, Junio, Meesho, and more—bringing together insight, structure, and emotional intelligence to craft communication that resonates.
Currently, at The Economic Times, I work within the B2B communication landscape, managing external communication, internal messaging, crisis response, and content development for large-scale conferences across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. My role includes writing text mailers, HTML mailers, newsletters, keynote scripts, anchor scripts, and brand-aligned communication assets that support business goals and enhance brand presence.
With a background in filmmaking and script development as a member of the Screenwriters Association of India (SWA), my communication style is rooted in clarity, narrative cohesion, and audience connection, ensuring every message is purposeful, consistent, and aligned with organisational vision.
